As Managing Director of Symbian Health, she oversees strategic growth, cross-border partnerships, and operational expansion, applying her deep expertise in leadership, systems thinking, and capacity building to drive sustainable impact. Lilit has partnered with institutions such as USAID, the World Bank Group, ADB, and multiple UN agencies, delivering programs in numerous countries focused on empowerment, entrepreneurship, and inclusive development.
